Competition

Merchants have to carry out their activity in good faith and in accordance with fair practices. Unfair competition is any act or deed contrary to fair practices in trade or industrial activity.

Our private law practice provides legal advice to clients and represents them before national competition authorities and courts in proceedings which have as their object investigations and unfavourable decisions issued by the Competition Council and proceedings which have as their object any act or fact of unfair competition. Also, our private law practice represents clients who are victims of anti-competitive practices before the Competition Council and courts.
