Calin Viorel Iuga is a experienced litigator. He also advises foreign companies on their investments in Romania, public authorities, governmental agencies, state-owned companies and international organizations covering the full spectrum of litigation and  transactions.

Calin Viorel Iuga holds a master’s degree in Criminal Law (2004) and he graduated the faculty of law in 2012. He speaks English and French. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, theatre, music and plays football.

Oana Chirilă assists clients in disputes related to civil and commercial litigation. She focuses also on insolvency & reorganisation matters, debts recovery, banking & finance, tax and administrative issues.

She graduated the Law Faculty at Cluj, Babes-Bolyai University (2004) and also the Finance & Banks Faculty at Cluj, Dimitrie Cantemir University (2007). She holds a master’s degree in Business Law at Babes-Bolyai University (2006).

Oana Chirila is a member of the Cluj Bar (2012) and also a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners of Romania (2008).

She speaks English.
